How it works

• You will be given unique account ID exclusive to you. You can use this to register and download office from the official Microsoft Office site.

• The first time you login you will be asked to create a password for your account ID. Please keep this safe as the account ID and password is the equivalent of your license key for any device you want to install/activate office on.

When you want to download/install/activate office you can:

1) Enter the user id/password into any office program - File Menu - Account - Activation section to activate (if office is already installed on your device).

2) If you need to download/install you can login to the office.com website using your account id and navigate to my programs section to begin download. If you are using a mobile device, you can download office from your app store and then enter the subscription details into the account section to activate.
